Warranty
We only use quality materials and our experience and craftmanship is reflected in our creations. Each piece of equipment is carefully handcrafted and guaranteed to be in good condition when sent out. Once in your hands, your responsibility is to use it wisely and maintain it well. If breakage occurs due to an accident, the necessary repairs can be made as far as possible.
Transport and repair will be at your expense.
*NEVER TIE YOUR HORSE BY THE BIT OR LET YOUR REINS DRAG ON THE GROUND, even for only 30 seconds!
Your headstall will break and your horse will get hurt.

Conchos Care
Remember to tighten the screws of the conchos from time to time to avoid losing one! Even though we have tightened them, anything that has a thread and experiences vibration will unscrew over time. We put Lok-Tite glue in the screw threads and we encourage you to do the same if you take your conchos off and put them back on. The crystals on the handmade custom conchos are all set with industrial grade Epoxy for metals and we use plenty to ensure a good hold. Despite this, it can happen that crystals fall because of the salt contained in the sand of the ring or the sweat of the horse (it can break the chemistry of the Epoxy). So wash your crystal conchos frequently with clear water by gently rubbing them with a cloth or toothbrush and avoid getting soap or oil on them when you wash your equipment. With good maintenance you will not lose crystals.
Leather Care
Less is more!
For cleaning, first wipe with a dry cloth (micro-fiber) to remove dust and then rub gently with a damp-warm clean cloth to loosen sweat and mud. This is often more than enough to loosen the dirt. Soap is therefore rarely necessary, but if you want to use it, be careful to remove any excess.
Once clean and dry, you need to use leather conditioner.
Stubben Hamanol is our favorite products, they nourish the leather well without changing the color and without creating sticky residue. Massage each piece of leather well until the product is absorbed. Although we've already applied it once before sending your gear to you, it's a good idea to add it to new leather prior to any bending, such as when you first adjust the straps.
As we know, use oils, waxes and soaps at your own risk, because instead of improving your leather, these products can deteriorate it and change its appearance.
