HOW TO ORDER

 

Contact me (Facebook preferred) and tell me what you have in mind. You can send some pictures and/or a quick sketch too. We'll work together on creating the perfect unique design just for you!

I'll give you a price estimation.  Then, if you wish to go ahead and place your order, you will be asked for a down payment to book my next available spot.
If your budget is flexible, it's also possible to book a spot first and then take more time to think about the design you'd like.

 

 

PAYMENT
 

Canada : e-Transfer or Paypal

International : Paypal only. An invoice will be sent to your email. Prices will be in $CND.

A down payment is required to secure the next available spot on our calendar. The balance must be paid in full for us to start the production.

 

 

SHIPPING

Orders are expedited through Canada Post. (USA residents will receive their parcel via USPS)

Canada : 3-7 business days.
USA : 2-3 weeks. Duties and Brokerage fees may apply.
Europe : 2-4 weeks. Duties and Brokerage fees may apply.

I am not responsible if you provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address. Always double-check to make sure you gave us the right shipping address.
Although it never happened, we are not responsible if your parcel gets lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance in not included. You can inform me if you wish to pay extra for a shipping insurance.
